7-week program

7 week Transformation Program

This program is for you if you want to learn quick and effective ways to gain greater confidence, greater happiness, have less stress and achieve your goals quicker!

Each week, along with working towards your specific goals, a new module will be taught to help you manage stress, have greater energy and more confidence.


A life inventory will be given to assess how balanced your mind, body and spirit are at this point in your life. We will also take a look at what your vision and life goals are (your goals for 10 years, 5 years, 1 year and 6 months from today).

We will choose a major goal you want to accomplish.

Together I’ll help you:
1. Zero in on an area of your life you want to improve the most
2. Access why you want to improve this area and identify what’s stopping you
3. Determine mini-goals for the next 7 days and 30 days

Week 2: OWN your power

Together I’ll help you:
1. Harness the power of your own mind to work through belief systems that are not working for you and help you create a strong mindset to develop positive thought patterns until you achieve your goals quicker and have more confidence.
2. Tap into 7 effective ways to boost your energy and confidence levels.

Week 3: RELEASE limiting beliefs

Together I’ll help you:
1. Get to the root of self-sabotaging beliefs so you can release them, for good!
2. Override “opinions” of other people as well as negative thought patterns and beliefs. When you master your thoughts…you’re unstoppable!
3. You will learn the most effective techniques to reframe thoughts that don’t serve you to those that serve you at the highest level. 

Week 4: EMBRACE habits that serve your goals

Together I’ll help you:
1. Adapt routines and habits that support you.  You’ll learn about the neuroscience behind changing habits and especially negative thought patterns.
2. Discover the best accountability and productivity tools.
3. Learn the 5 steps to breaking bad habits and cultivating successful ones.

Week 5: FINDING your tribe

Together I’ll help you:
1. Connect with people who will encourage your goals. You are the sum of the five people you spend time with the most.
2. Learn how to create a stronger social support system.
3. Strengthen your ability to form quality relationships.

Week 6: IMPROVE mind-body connection

Together I’ll help you:
1. Use meditation and mindfulness to improve your mind, body and spirit.
2. Create “space” on your calendar to have greater mindfulness throughout the day. 
3. Learn 4 effective techniques to manage stress, fatigue and inflammation.

Week 7: TRANSFORM your thoughts and create action steps by using SMART goals for lasting results.

Together I’ll help you:
1. Achieve the life you’ve always dreamed of.
2. This week we will discuss how to take action steps by creating SMART goals to help you specifically achieve your goals, whether its weight loss, having more confidence, less stress, and more.
